He graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Faculty of Management and Marketing. He has participated in numerous training courses in finance and management, including a diploma program organized by the University of Teesside (UK) and the CIMA program. He began his professional career in 1996 at Unilever plc, where he held various positions in Poland and abroad, including as a senior auditor – a member of the global internal audit team in Hamburg, responsible for broadly defined risk management and monitoring the degree of risk mitigation by subsidiaries. From 2003 to 2007, he worked as a Financial Controller at the Budimex Group, where he was responsible for strategic and operational controlling and business structure optimization, among other things. From 2007 to 2023, he was a member of the management board and CFO of Ulma Construccion Polska S.A. – an entity that is part of the global corporation ULMA C y E S. Coop from Spain. He joined Unibep SA on January 2, 2024, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). On February 20, 2024, he became a member of the company’s management board, and on November 26, 2024, by decision of the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA, he was appointed President of the Management Board of Unibep SA, effective January 1, 2025.
