Legal counsel in the infrastructure, transportation, public procurement and PPP practice at Wardynski & Partners. She is also responsible for the area of public-private partnership projects in the new technologies law practice. She has significant experience in handling projects in the public procurement formula, public works concessions and PPP transactions. She advises public parties and private entities on infrastructure investment projects, in particular the construction, expansion and modernization of power and thermal power plants, the informatization of the energy sector, the construction of gas pipelines and gas infrastructure, waste incineration plants, sewage treatment plants, as well as transportation projects such as intermodal terminals, roads, highways and railroads. She is a Founding Member and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee of the Public Procurement Law Association, as well as the author of numerous publications on public procurement, including the online commentary komentarzpzp.pl.
