Involved in the geotechnical industry for 18 years. Graduate of Bridges and Underground Structures studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology. She began her career at Soletanche Poland in 2006 as a bidding specialist. She then gained experience as a construction engineer, bidding engineer and designer. In August 2016, she assumed the position of the head of the bidding department. Since January 2019, she has taken on the role of director, combining the bidding and design departments. On a daily basis, in addition to managing the team, she is involved in the selection of geotechnical solutions that support Soletanche Polska’s clients in the effective and efficient implementation of their investment projects. She participates in the project from its consultative stage, through valuation, to the implementation itself. She has successfully bid on, among others, the tender for the construction of the Retkinia and Fabryczna Chambers, which are part of the High-Speed Railway tunnel in Łódź, the project to rebuild the Warsaw West railroad station or the final stop of the second line of the Warsaw subway – C01 Karolin. In her free time, she indulges her passion for sailing, and regularly spends her vacations in Mazury, where she uses her skills as an experienced sailor.
