Janusz Władyczak has many years of experience in financial institutions at home and abroad. He has been with KUKE since 2016. He has held the position of CEO since 2018. Previously, he served as director of the investment products department at PKO TFI, responsible for shaping the product strategy for investment funds, creating and implementing investment and savings solutions offered to clients on the Polish market. While working for a financial institution in Austria, he implemented structured investment products for private banking and retail clients as well as derivatives in the form of certificates and warrants listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. At French investment banks, he was responsible for relationships and transactions with the largest companies and financial institutions in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. At the same time, he worked with the largest export credit agencies (ECAs) in the world, participating in securing multi-million bilateral loans, structured and syndicated loans and export finance transactions. He graduated from the ESCP European School of Management, based in Paris. He also studied at the University of Vienna, the Graduate Insititute of International and Development Studies within the University of Geneva, and the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok.
