Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Management. He began his professional career at the audit firm Ernst & Young, where he carried out numerous projects for the railroad, aviation and road sectors, being a member of the infrastructure consulting team. He initially became involved with the rail industry while working at PKP S.A., where he supervised the implementation of strategic investment projects for the entire PKP Group, especially in the field of modernization and development of rail infrastructure in Poland. Between 2013 and 2016, he was associated with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. in the positions of Management Board Proxy and Management Board Member, being responsible, among other things, for the implementation of investments as part of the EU financial perspective of 2007-2015. Between 2016-2024, associated with IPOPEMA Financial Advisory, serving as Managing Director of the corporate/project finance and M&A area, overseeing the implementation of infrastructure and transportation projects, financial modeling, as well as transactions and acquisition of financing. As of March 2024, again on the Management Board of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. in the position of Management Board Member – Director for Investment. Experienced specialist in the area of infrastructure investment management with practice in the public and private sectors.
