Director of the Strategy Implementation and Planning Office at the Central Communication Port. Since the beginning of his career, he has been involved in the areas of strategy, planning and analysis in the railroad industry. First at PKP PLK S.A., and for more than 5 years at CCP, he leads a team creating tools and concepts and implementing them in investments, traffic and the railroad market. Together with the team, he shaped the reconstruction of the Warsaw West station. He leads the team that implemented rail traffic microsimulation, creates the Passenger Transport Model and implements the Horizontal Timetable and Integrated Rail Network projects. He developed the architecture of the CCP study process and supervised its progress in more than a dozen documentations for the construction of new railroad lines. His goal is to shape rational solutions based on numbers and analysis, developed in dialogue with stakeholders, and tailored as much as possible to the needs of passengers. He holds a master’s degree in logistics and transportation technology from the Faculty of Transportation at Warsaw University of Technology, and a postgraduate degree in project management from Kozminski University.
