Wiktor Pawłowski is an outstanding figure of construction with nearly 50 years of experience in positions from construction manager to the director of the enterprise. After graduating from Warsaw University of Technology (1962), he worked on the construction sites of Zagłębie Siarki in Tarnobrzeg and in the rescue and renovation of the Old Town in Sandomierz. A particularly important period is work in the Ministry of Building and Construction Materials Industry (1983-87), where he was the director of investment, science and technology departments. From 1990, he was associated with PERI Polska, which has made revolutionary transformations in the implementation of monolithic construction in Poland. The creator of this company from scratch, and then for 20 years its director. Wiktor Pawłowski has great achievements in social activities. Between 2005-2012 he was the Chairman of the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians, currently Secretary General. During two terms of office he contributed to the consolidation of the Association and establishing its public position. In 2010, he initiated the „Agreement for work safety in construction”, which resulted in a 50% reduction in fatal accidents. Currently, he is the creator of BIM technology implementation in construction. Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers, as one of two people, gave him the title „Primus inter optimos” for a special contribution to the development of construction in the last 25 years.
